TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2024 By (1) Moses Kiiru Macharia and (2) Margaret Wangari Macharia, both of P.O. Box 134–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Mwangi Mwaura, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd February, 2024.
