TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E596 OF 2024 By (1) Mathias Mwanditne Mwandoe and (2) Judah Lukongodo Mwandoe, both of P.O. Box 22293, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, through Messrs. Tony Odera, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mwadime Mwandoe, late of Wesu, who died at District Hospital, Wesu in Kenya, on 15th November, 2010. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2025 By (1) Virginia Njoki Gatundu and (2) James Kariuki Gatundu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. C. N. Kirundi and Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Chege Gachini alias Amos Chege Gachimi, late of Kariobangi North, who died at Kiambu Town, on 6th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E277 OF 2025 By (1) Alice Wanjugu Kariuki and (2) Isaac Machiri Mwai, both of P.O. Box 373–00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother-in-law, respectively, through Messrs. Macharia Nderitu & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Kariuki Ngima, late of Nairobi, who died in Afghanistan, on 21st September, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
