TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Jane Florence Onyonka, of P.O. Box 84301–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Timothy Mwaambi Mwawasi, who died at Kariokor Area, Taita, on 15th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By Tim Van Velzen, of P.O. Box 787–80400, Ukunda in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Van Velzen Cornelis Laurentius, who died at Diani, on 4th March, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
