TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By (1) Loice Jeruto Yego, (2) Evans Kibet Kisut and (3) Hillary Kiplagat Kisang, all of P.O. Box 55, Kapsowar in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kisang Cheboi, who died at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By (1) Kiprono Kanda and (2) Salina Jepkoech Maiyo, both of P.O. Box 2202–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanda Mesieu alias Kanda Meseu alias Kanda arap Mesieu, who died at Kararia Sub-location, on 4th December, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
