TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 12th September, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2025 By (1) Elizabeth Wangeci and (2) Jerioth Wairimu Wanjohi, both of P.O. Box 1899–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Kariuki Njengo, late of Umande, who died there on 30th March, 1990. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By (1) David John Beak, of P.O. Box 279–10406, Timau in Kenya and (2) Tana Marie Herd, of P.O. Box 2403–00606, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of probate with written will testste to the estate of Caroline Maud Holdcroft, who died at Nanyuki Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 13th April, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
