George Gilbert, advocates, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Mohan Galot, late of Nairobi, who died at Wellington Hospital, on 18th June, 2025. CAUSE NO. E606 OF 2025 By Prabhjot Singh Birdee, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through K. N. Mutai & Partners, advoctes, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Gurjit Kaur Birdee, late of 1, Copper Beech Close, Windsor Berkshire, who died at Wexham Park Hospital Slough, on 18th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
