NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th July, 2025 at
Nairobi as Presentation No. 1250, in Volume DI, Folio 230/1501, File
No. MMXXV, by our client, Ngendo Mugo, formerly known as Mary
Ngendo Mugo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the
use of her former name Mary Ngendo Mugo and in lieu thereof
assumed and adopted the name Ngendo Mugo, for all purposes and
authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe
and address her by her assumed name Ngendo Mugo only.
