REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Marukomi Achebe Atetwe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as East Bunyore/Ebunangwe/1414, containing 1.3 hectares or thereabout, situate in Sub-county of Emuhaya, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Vihiga in Succession Cause No. 4 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant of in favour of Francis Muhando Achebe, and whereas the said Francis Muhando Achebe, has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Francis Muhando Achebe, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Marukomi Achebe Atetwe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
