REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rachel Wanjiru Kamatu, of P.O. Box 65160, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, Director, Commercial Mart Limited, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/5668, situate in Kilifi County, 5734 5734 containing 0.020 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
