TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2025 By (1) Margaret Mwango Onywoki and (2) Mary Chabucho Kwamboka, both of P.O. Box 3908, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter–in–law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moraa Ndigwa, who died on 20th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2025 By Samson Gisaina Machuka Ombati, of P.O. Box 3908, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Ombati, who died on 30th August, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
