TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E348 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Juma Okiri and (2) Stephen Asoro Okiro, both of P.O. Box 49–40132, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justina Ogada Okiri alias Justina Otada Okiri, who died on 19th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
