TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2025 By Peter Odhiambo Orimbo, of P.O. Box 138–40404, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rusalina Nyamita Opige, who died at Kakmasia West Sub-location, on 7th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2025 By Joseph Otieno Ogai, of P.O. Box 112–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Ogai Adu alias Paulus Ogayi, who died at Kangeso Sub-location, on 25th December, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
