E52 OF 2025 By Margaret Musavwa, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abraham Matia Obaga, who died at Igunga Sub-location, on 21st June, 2015. CAUSE NO. E238 OF 2025 By Gilbert Ominwa Kapteni, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfayo Captain alias Alfayo Kaspteni Aluchola, who died on 17th June, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
