TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2025 By (1) Benson Mukunya Wanderi and (2) Caroline Wanjiku Wanderi, both of P.O. Box 566, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wanderi Mukunya, who died at A.I.C. Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd February, 2020. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025 By Annah Nyambura Kamau, of P.O. Box 80–20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wangui Wakaba, who died at Kiriaini Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
