TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025 By Jane Wanjiru Kariuki, of P.O. Box 313, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Munyaga, who died at Gura Sub-location, on 26th September, 1998. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By Anne Wambui Njoroge, of P.O. Box 557–10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwangi Waruiru, who died on 22nd August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
