TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2025 By Edward Ambura Ayima, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ahima Kyangala alias Abedirineko Ayima, who died at Mahanga Sub-location, on 12th May 1991. CAUSE NO. E409 OF 2025 By Kwegyir Evans Minya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Omongo Minya, who died at Ebusikhale Sub-location, on 1st January 2024. CAUSE NO. E410 OF 2025 By Kwegyir Evans Minya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Omongo Minya alias Wilson Omongo, who died at Ebusikhale Sub-location, on 11th March 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
