TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E450 OF 2023 By William John Omusebe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Abwenje Omusebe alias Abwenje Omusebe, who died on 18th November, 1983. CAUSE NO. E295 OF 2024 By Moses Amani Chunguri, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japhether Chunguri Musembi alias Jafetha Chunguli, who died at Vunandi Sub-location, on 7th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
