E10 OF 2025 By Philes Mulee Mutua, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicodemus kimuyu Mulandi, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025 By Shadrack Mutua Mwania, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwania Muela, who died at District Hospital, Makindu in Kenya, on 6th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2025 By Joshua Kioko Lomba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathuva Lomba Mbengei, who died at Kawala, on 6th September, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
