TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By (1) Boniface Munywoki Kakunya and (2) Benard Mutinda Ndolo, both of P.O. Box 22985–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Ngutwa Mulili, who died at Mbiuni Sub-location, on 13th July, 1984. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2025 By (1) Elijah Muasya Ndutu, (2) Richard Musyoka Ndutu and (3) Nason Ndutu Mwangangi, all of P.O. Box 105838–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Ndutu Maitha, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 16th February, 1981. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2025 By Mbenya Nzioka Nzuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Nzioka Nzuki alias Nzioka Kikwau, who died at Kalawani, on 3rd January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
