TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024 By Benson Mwangi Richard, of P.O. Box 252, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Kamau alias Richard Kamau Mwangi, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 4th November, 1981. CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2025 By Grace wanjiru Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Maina Kamuiru, who died on 30th November, 2018. CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2025 By Wilfred Ndirangu Mwangi, of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alam Mwangi alias Alam Mwangi Kabutha, who died at Murang’a Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
