TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Nigoro Nyamawi and (2) Juliana Weru Nyamawi, both of P.O. Box 29159–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Mpa Nyamawi, who died at Jamaa Home and Hospital in Kenya, on 1st July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2023 By Mukii Muia Kitua, of P.O. Box 34219–80108, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mulei Muthembwa, who died at Manyatta, on 8th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
