TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO.E91 OF 2025 By (1) Agnes Nyanchama Meroka, (2) Alice Nyasani Meroka and (3) Christopher Nyakundi Meroka, all of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patroba Meroka Getuba alias Meroka Getuba, who died at Gachuba, on 28th July, 1989. CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2025 By Caleb Arosi Arosi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Basweti Arosi, who died at Ibara, Nyangoge, on 31st March, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
