TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO.E178 OF 2025 By (1) David Kipkirui Sitienei and (2) Daniel Kipngetich Koros, both of P.O. Box 75, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebokipchamba arap Tele alias Kipchamba arap Tele, who died at Kapkimolwa, Longisa, on 25th April, 1987. CAUSE NO.E182 OF 2025 By David Kipsigei Koskei, of P.O. Box 67, Mogosiek in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoske arap Kobel, who died at Mosonik, on 6th February, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
