TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2025 By Mary Chemweno, of P.O. Box 10620–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teriki Jepkemoi Kamuria, who died on 22nd November, 1998. CAUSE NO. E373 OF 2025 By (1) Salome Amase Oluti and (2) Joslyne Jemutai Kimitei, both of P.O. Box 25201–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Specioza Ayieko & Associates Advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Kimitei Cherop, who died at Bondeni, on 17th November, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
