TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E525 OF 2025 By Gaudensia Akeyo, of P.O. Box 78–40405, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ogola Marwara alias Charles Ogola, who died at South Kanyamkago Sub-location, on 17th April, 1992. CAUSE NO. E566 OF 2025 By Lilian Akeyo Onyango, of P.O. Box 194–40405, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zedekia Onyango Ogola, who died at Kogelo Sub-location, on 15th May, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
