Box 24–90204, Kisasi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiema Isika, who died at Mbitini, on 8th July, 2005. CAUSE NO. E316 OF 2025 By Katee Kilungya, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kilungya Munyoki, who died at Jordan Hospital in Kenya, on 16th February, 2010. CAUSE NO. E326 OF 2025 By Kimanzi Muli, of P.O. Box 204–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasyoka Muli Ngungu, who died at Kitui County Referral hospital in Kenya, on 4th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
