TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025 By Leon Wachira Maina, of P.O. Box 550–60200, Meru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Wachira, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2025 By (1) Patrick Laibuni Thimangu and (2) Anthony T. G. Thimangu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennan Martin Thimangu Kaunyani alias Kennan Martin Kaunyangi alias Kennan Martin Thimangu alias Kennan Martin Thimangu Kaunga Mukindia, who died at Kianjai Sub-location, on 14th May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
