TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2025 By Mbae Joseph Kaburu, of P.O. Box 240–60401, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbae M. Mucheke alias Mbae Mucheke, who died at Kanwa Sub- location, on 3rd February, 2015. CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2025 By (1) Michael Kithinji Kaburi and (2) Denis Mwaniki Kaburi, both of P.O. Box 99, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eustace Kaburi Rwaria Alias Eustace Kaburi F. Rwaria, who died at St. Michael Nursing Home, on 10th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
