CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2025 By Jane Wanjiru Gitaka, of P.O. Box 225–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gitaka Nderitu, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2025 By Ann Nyaruai Muthee, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nyaguthii Nderitu alias Mary Nyaguthii Ndiritu, who died on 1st December, 1996. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2025 By (1) Rahab Nyambura Kimani and (2) Jeremiah Kimani Karanja, both of P.O. Box 11–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mwangi Muriithi, who died at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital in Kenya, on 29th November, 2018.
