TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 246 OF 2024 By (1) Boniface Chege Kariuki and (2) Saweria Wangari Gitau, both of P.O. Box 1016, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ejidio Kariuki Thuita alias Enjilio Kariuki Thuita alias Wilson Thuita alias Kariuki Thuita, who died at Leshau, on 7th June, 1999. THE KENYA GAZETTE 7th November, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
