TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2025 By Peter Mwangi Macharia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Mwengi, who died at Yamugwe Sub-location, on 30th August, 2016. CAUSE NO. E396 OF 2025 By James Mwangi Wanyaga, of P.O. Box 110, Kiriaini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Wanyaga Mugaa alias Wanyaga Mugaa, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 11th July, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
