TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2024 By Anthony Mukuru, of P.O. Box 515–00614, Wangige in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Njeri Mukuru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 10th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E215 OF 2025 By (1) Joses Muchiri Kagwe and (2) Mwai Muchiri Gathoga, both of P.O. Box 1180–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raheli Mugure Joseph Gathoga alias Rachael Mugure Gathoga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th July, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
