TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E450 OF 2025 By (1) Daniel Kinyuah Bernard and (2) Jane Wairimu Gachora, both of P.O. Box 81–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Gachura Ndegwa alias Bernard Gachora Ndegwa, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 6th February, 2005. CAUSE NO. E464 OF 2025 By James M. Kitili, of P.O. Box 81, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeddy Mwanziu Musili alias Jeddy M. Musili, who died at Wanyororo B. Solai, on 2nd October, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
