TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2025 By Alfred Odhiambo Owiti, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonifa Maina alias Maina Mbeda, who died on 4th December, 1996. CAUSE NO. E131 OF 2025 By Ibrahim Torgne Nyaure, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Onyango Nyaure, who died on 27th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
