TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By (1) Renson Chelol Ngeywa Longit, (2) Bernard Simotwo Longit and (3) Joseph Mwetich Simatwa, all of P.O. Box 174, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simotwo Lokapel Longit, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 4th November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
