TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By Alice Kemunto Ogembo, of P.O. Box 100, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okemwa Nyangosi, who died at Bassi Masige West Location, on 1st March, 2025. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025 By (1) Andrew Gekonge Mose, (2) Dominic Gekonge Osano, (3) William Nyambon’gi and (4) Evans Mabeya Siko, all of P.O. Box 993–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Mabeya, who died on 24th August, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
