TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By (1) Kariithi Lawrence Mwangi and (2) James Munyari Gachoki, both of P.O. Box 1703–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Peter Kariithi alias Kariithi Thiong’o, who died on 20th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025 By (1) Kariithi Lawrence Mwangi and (2) James Munyari Gachoki, both of P.O. Box 1703–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wambeti Kariithi, who died on 1st March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
