TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2021 By (1) Alice Wambui, (2) Rebecca Wangari and (3) Naftaly Wangece, all of P.O. Box 4293150, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mbuthia Nguni alias Mbuthia Nguni alias Mbutha Nguni, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 18th July, 2003. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By (1) Loise Wairimu Kamau and (2) Anthony Mwituria Kamau, both of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kamau Mwangi, who died at St. Matia Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
