REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bakari Khamisi Mbwana, of P.O. Box 8521-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 30620, containing 43 hectares or thereabout, situate in west of Lamu island in Lamu District, registered as C.R. 69028, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (3) of the land Registration Act.
