NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 630, in Volume DI, Folio 182/1096, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Edward Gichuru Osiemo Chogo, of P.O. Box 544, Nyasiongo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Edward Gichuru Chogo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Edward Gichuru Chogo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Edward Gichuru Osiemo Chogo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed Edward Gichuru Osiemo Chogo only.
