MMXXV-B, by our client, Stephen Makau Kivunzi, of P.O. Box
105838-00101, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as
Stephen Makau Musili, formally and absolutely renounced and
abandoned the use of his former name Stephen Makau Musili and in
lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephen Makau Kivunzi,
for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to
designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Stephen
Makau Kivunzi only.
