Box 19535-00202, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Michelle Wachenje Shirekuli, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Michelle Wachenje Shirekuli and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Michelle Waruguru Muriga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Michelle Waruguru Muriga only.
