NOTICE is issued pursuant to provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles: KAN 393J and KAQ 892Y to take delivery of the said motor vehicles from the custody of Wagason Auto Care garage, Dagoretti Corner, behind Karandini Market, off Wanyee Road, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding costs of repairs, storage charges and the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the motor vehicles will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be applied to defray any accrued repair and storage charges and the balance if any shall remain at the owners credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof: ELISHA O.
