NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, that all customers who brought water pumps, generators, engines, and any other equipment for repairs on or before 30th April, 2025, and are with Davis & Shirtliff, Service Department, to collect them upon payment of repair or service charges within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice. Failure to collect the said goods within 11th July, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE the given notice shall lead to the said goods being disposed or sold to recover repair and storage costs.
