GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 9444

WHEREAS Matibo Kituu Wathome (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 100.00 hectares or thereabout, situate in the county of Machakos, known as Machakos/Mua Hills/288, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 375 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) David Kiilu Mativo, (2) Nicholas Muia Mativo, (3) Boniface Mutuku Mativo and (4) Timothy Malinda Mativo, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Matibo Kituu Wathome (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and issue a land title deed to ((1) David Kiilu Mativo, (2) Nicholas Muia Mativo, (3) Boniface Mutuku Mativo and (4) Timothy Malinda Mativo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Matibo Kituu Wathome (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
