REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hezekiah Wainaina Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 0.101 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/South Kinangop/9165 and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Engineer in Succession Cause No. 38 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Joseph Kuria Wainaina (ID/13209861) and (2) Simon Karanja Wainaina (ID/9198859), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Hezekiah Wainaina Kamau (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hezekiah Wainaina Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
