REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Martha Wanjiku Nganga (ID/23664589), and (2) David Karanja (ID/11273185), being personal representatives as per the succession case No. 708 of 2014 in the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru to Samson Nganga Mwaura (Deceased), who is the registered proprietor of all the absolute piece of land title containing 0.155 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Murang’a, registered under Loc. 2/Kangari/4309, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of titles issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deeds and proceed with registration of the said grant document and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Samson Nganga Mwaura (Deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
