REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hezron Lugino (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.9 hectares or thereabout, situate in the sub-county of Sabatia, known as N/Maragoli/Viyalo/234, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Hamisi in Succession Cause No. 103 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Josphat Brown Asena, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Hezron Lugino (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Andrew Ndetta Ambayi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hezron Lugino (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
