REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Karanga Njugi (ID/0491375), of P.O. Box 2056–00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya is registered as proprietor of all that land known as Kabete/Kibichiko/1946, situate in the Kiambu County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
