THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alii Ngundi Haji, of P.O. Box 3131–80109, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interests of of all that parcel of land containing 16.3 acres or thereabout, known as Group II/19- Kilifi, situate in the north of Malindi in the Malindi District, registered as LT VI Folio 3626 File 3236 and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register (folio) have failed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within the period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
